Snow is one thing, and it is more dangerous to drive when it is snowing! In the video the car AR 03 5355 (without chains?) is stuck and slipping in the snow. In cold North European countries they have Winter Tyres for normal driving (mandatory ) and snow is removed constantly and some roads are also heavily salted. And in addition one may have to use extra chains in heavy snow/ice. And even with all experience they do not recommend driving in the mountains (both up and down) while it is heavily snowing!
